How do I cancel a sim order?

I have ordered a sim replacement by mistake how do i cancel it?

Hi I have ordered a sim this evening and I have changed my mind, I would like to cancel this straight away please

I don’t have a phone to be able to call from, I can only use my phone for internet, is there no way I can cancel over email or with you please?

If it was a replacement pay monthly SIM and you ordered it online, you won't need to cancel it. Just don't activate it when it arrives and your current SIM will remain active.
