I don’t have a phone to be able to call from, I can only use my phone for internet, is there no way I can cancel over email or with you please?

If it was a replacement pay monthly SIM and you ordered it online, you won't need to cancel it. Just don't activate it when it arrives and your current SIM will remain active.
