Data and phone number not working

hi, i recently transferred my number over from giffgaff. i have bought a 125gb plan on an 18 month contract and have also brought my phone number over from giffgaff. my mobile data is coming up “ E “ with my signal bars moving around from 4 bars to 0 sporadically. i also cannot make calls at all unless i “wifi call”. when someone tries to ring me it says that my number is unrecognised, has this happened to anyone else before? thanks

When did you port-in, exactly? Have you received a confirmation text to advise successful port-in?

If you toggle flight-mode, what happens?

sounds like your number hasn’t ported over correctly and if so you’ll need to call EE Mobile Tech for assistance.

while your here let’s just check your network coverage in your area by clicking HERE, this will help to determine if there is an issue with your area for the reason to why you cannot use it.
