eSIM is not available on PAYG, only on pay-monthly contracts.

@WilmaEE Do you want a sim only contract or do you want PAYG ? These are not the same thing. A sim only contract will mean a fixed term from 12 to 24 months depending on what you go with and will mean a fixed price that you can not lower for that fixed term. a PAYG if your free to do what you want, change tariff change networks there is no comment on your part. You can only get a eSIM with a contract and yes provide you pass the credit check you can get that contract more or less straight the way via selecting the eSIM option.

Thanks for the quick response.
If I take out a pay monthly, SIM only contract, will I able to use it straight away via an eSIM?

Yes, happy to sign up for a 12/24 month SIM Only tariff this afternoon, as long as I can convert it to an eSIM and start using straight after finishing the sign up process.

@WilmaEE That’s the idea of having eSIM as an option but you still have to pass a credit check. So it could take a few minutes before you’ll find out.
