Does your phone show network coverage? Were you able to make or receive calls on your temporary number before today?
What happens when you try making a call? Have you received the text notification of port-in completion?

Hi never tried calling on previous number ..got the sim yesterday and did number porting, today got message saying it was comolete restart phone..when I call any number it immediately says call ended

Is basic business unlimited plan a non phone call plan ...if it is the guy in the ee shop has stictched me uo I now can't call ee as this is my only number ..doing the port from my previous network has shut me down ...I told the guy I neede unlimited phone and messages and data ... any help

You should contact EE CS, using any working phone.
