i have just topped up my credit £10.00 on the anonymous payment site and i received an email telling me it had gone through but it has not appeared on my account

Can’t use £10 credit

I had top up 10 pounds and I am trying to buy the 10 pounds pay as you go pack but every time I go to do it says error come back later.

Hello everyone, does anyone know why I keep getting payment errors? I tried using both my computer and my phone but both failed.I haven't used this number for half a year and now I want to activate it. Is this related to it?
