Top-up refund

Hello,

I have been using ee sim card while I was in UK, but after I came back from my home country to UK after summer vacation, my sim card was deactivated. I didn't knew that it was deactivated, while they already took my money for this month which was 30 pound. I also added a top up, about 13 pound as I thought the data was missing. Is there any way that I can get a refund since I have never used any data after the purchase?

Thank you

@Sowon123 : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
