I am currently in Portugal and had been using data from a pay as you go pack. The pack expired and I renewed it however the data has not been working since renewal despite the app saying I have a balance of 8.5 GB. Please help!

My credit

I recently top my credit up to £10.00 however saying that it’s not there but my bank says it’s gone out and I would like to pay my £10.00 pack why hasn’t it gone through.
