I have a subscription pack set up and for some reason EE are taking £18 for the subscription and an additional £15 recurring card payment. My bank only shows authorisation for £18 a month. Thursday night I was on a call and instead of using free minutes I was being charged without my knowledge resulting in £38 of my credit being wiped out. This meant there was no money on the account for my pack payment and the unauthorised £15 taken out of my bank account left no money in my bank to purchase a pack directly. Now I have no phone until pay day. How do I get my unfairly charged money back and my pack reactivated.
