I'm currently on a pay as you go and since signing up my app/site dashboard has not been able to give me a read on my plan status. I'm currently in France and the site/app keep giving me an error message every time i try to add on credit to access my data here. Havent been able to get anyone on the phone nor online chat. Does anyone know how i can add these credits so i have service?

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?
