using EE number when abroad

Hi,I am on PAYG, buying a new pack every 30 days. If I moved abroad and had no uk address would I still be able to use my active pack? Would I be able to top up my phone and use it to keep my phone number live? Thanks

PAYG cannot be linked with my account

bought a new PAYG sim card, tried to add it to my account which has no number on it, but failed. alert message saying "this number has been linked with other aco**bleep**". why and how to get it sorted?
