Hey, i'm also having the same problem. Put 15 on my SIM, tried calling, texting or anything and it's not working

Is there anyway to reactivate the phone sim online or would I need to go into an EE store to do it?

Is this a new EE SIM card? 

If not, how long ago was the SIM last used?

Hey Leanne,

I last used it in April, I was sent a text in december saying my remaining credit would be gone (which is understandable) and that my number would be disconnected in 3 months, I tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says I have no credit for a call even though I shouldn't need credit. Despite this I put 15 pounds on to at least call in and get a new bundle but it's still not going through, even when I try to use the app or the website to set up the bundle.

Any help would be appreciated,
