Hi everyone,
I recently got a new EE Pay As You Go SIM. I installed the app, registered my account, and inserted the SIM in my phone. I want to buy a pack (preferably unlimited), but whenever I try to do that through the app or website, I get errors or nothing loads.
I’m not trying to sign a contract – just Pay As You Go. I also entered my Revolut card details and address during the setup, but no payment went through.
Is there something I’m missing, or is the system down? Any help would be appreciated.

@Ivan39 : To buy the unlimited data pack text PACK35 to 150.
Your bank card won't be charged until you buy a pack.
