404 error. Paid £30. No email confirmation - The EE Community

I just paid an upfront fee for a new Samsung. Got an 404 error and no email confirmation.

Please help asap. Have contacted support but still no response.

Are you able to see if they payment has been taken by your account, or if this is still pending in your account?
