I just ordered. Contract and paid 30 upfront and the money was taken out my account but theres no email or evidence of it being confirmed??

When did you order? Have you checked your email spam/junk folder to see if an order confirmation made its way there? If the payment has been taken, it's likely that the order is being processed.
