phone Color mistake

went to get my daughter a phone on flex pay it was the 16e had to take it back as she wasn’t satisfied I went back to change it and luckily got the 15 plus in black she likes the phone but would like it in pink would it be possible to just change the Color of the phone as she really doesn’t like black iPhones and will be having the phone for quite a while

You would need to go back to the store to be able to see if this is something they would be able to do @rosiemun10. However, as you did do this in person you may not be able to make this switch, as this isn't covered by distance selling regulations, and it would be down to the discretion of the store manager.

@rosiemun10 , if your daughter does not like the colour, she could always get a phone cover in the colour she likes, then she would not see the black phone with the cover.
