What do you mean by restriction code?
Are you wanting to change the settings for parental control?
If that is the case, you will have to ring customer service if on pay as you go. If on contract, you can do this yourself via the app or by logging into your account via the website and clicking on settings and then parental control.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
