Key 🗝️ code is locked

Hi all ,I had a key code to log in on my last phone. 

How do I remove it from  me EE Auth sign in 😭 sick of trying . I just need an easier way to log in . 

I have a different phone no pass 🗝️ saved

Welcome to the EE Community

If it is the Passkey for your EEID you are looking to manage then login to the App or website and click on Profile in the top right, then select Login and Security and you can manage your Passkeys, two factor authentication and password from this page.

If it is logging into the app specifically you want to change in regards to PIN and Biometrics login settings then from the Profile page in the App, select Settings and Permissions, Manage Settings then Access.

Thankyou so much I've been able to remove pass key and set up finger pass
code instead
