Anybody else getting unauthorised bills being put on their account? Anybody else having issues trying to get a PAK code off this **bleep** show of a company? Anybody able to get through on chat?

@WINCEE : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Welcome to the Community, @WINCEE

If you're looking for a PAC to transfer your number to a different network, this isn't possible through our messaging teams.

You can do this either in the EE app by going to Manage > Mobile & SIM > Settings > Account > Leave EE, or also by giving our team a call.

When it comes to bills, these will continue to be produced as long as your services remain active, then you'll receive a final bill within 10 working days of your number leaving our account.

As EE bills charge you for your service going forwards, if you're out of contract this final bill could potentially be a refund for any days you have paid for that come after the disconnection date.
