4gee top up

Having a nightmare topping up mobile broadband. Managed to add funds but can’t activate top up as I need mobile data to do so! So frustrating. App isn’t working and I’m going around in circles. 

can't subscribe to packs

Hi, Im trying to subscribe from one of EE's packs but then it won't go through. I have enough balance and all, but it's stuck on the paying option. I tried paying through top up as well as with my card, but still to no avail.

I previously had over £7 as credit and added extra £10 yesterday for the £10 Pack. However it keeps asking me to top up in order to activate the pack. How many times do I need to top up for a pack? My account currently has £17.34
