Silly thing to ask i realise lol but how do you add a pack? is it 441 or 150 "Pay as you go"

I have the opposite trouble i cant add a credit card to my account and no option to do so either .. "Pay as you go"

Thanks for coming here. 

If you have an EE SIM card you can text ALL PACKS to 150 and the reply will show all available packs 🙂

Tried that , all i get is Balance/Help vo/Help cr/Help payg/ro & opt out of marketing 1234 that's it .. im using an old T mobile sim ..

You would need to transfer to EE to activate an EE subscription pack, if you would like to discuss your options please give us a call.

yep got enough for a pack £18+ , up till about 4 weeks ago i could add packs "text to 441 pack10"  but all the sudden its all stopped and cant add anything ..
