How do I turn off the content restriction?
pay as you go SIM
I call to the support team and I have been told to go to one on the stores to solve this and in all 3 shops I have been told they can’t do that have to be online.
I ve been walking back and forth and calling to sort this out, is this a joke ?
what kind of customer service is this ?

@Xavier2024 Customer services can do this so can a EE store. With calling customer services you’ll need a credit card to pay a refundable token. If you go to a store you’ll need in date photo ID. Please read THIS
