Can’t buy plan outside of UK

I want to purchase a £10 plan on my SIM card and it will not let me. I have been living in finland for 1 year now and want to purchase a plan so I can receive texts and it will not let me. It just says error on page after I pay with the £10 in my account. I also cannot contact any EE support.

If you haven't used your SIM for some time, your account may be in hibernation.
