Payg packs

I cancelled the £10 payg pack and received a message from EE to say the pack would not be renewed. I have just topped up £15 to be able to buy the £15 pack as I need more data, yet £10 was automatically taken and the £10 pack I cancelled has renewed....

Only have a debit card! Been with ee for years but really thinking about changing as there's no help whatsoever. I'm over 18 I should be able to go on18+ site's without credit card

Resolved! Pay as you go

Hello, I have topped up £10 but my plan hasn’t started. When I text now to 150 it says that I need to top up even though I have £10 credit. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
