Top Up has vanished from my account

I topped up my phone by £10 yesterday morning, didn't use it all day and then when I did try to make a call late afternoon I was told I had 10p in my account, not enough to make a call with. Anyone else experience this? Thanks

Unable to buy pack

I topped up my aacount with £5 but when i try to buy pack05, it tells me " To buy your £5 plan again, simply top up £5 and your plan will start automatically”. I texted AL to make sure and I have ofer £5 in my account. Why can't I buy the pack?
