£10 a month plan (bought with the sim) and I can't setup reoccurring payments

To make it simple, I don't want to renew with credit every time, I want to setup with bank card. I've set the bank card up because I had to top up my credit by £10. But now when trying to setup reoccurring payments, I get the response in the second photo.
