Pay As You Go

Hello,

I am travelling in South Korea with zero signal on Pay As You Go. Need an admin to log an activity so my number doesn't hibernate and I lose my number.

I cannot phone EE due to no network and I cannot find their live chat function which sued to be very helpful.

Any ideas?

Sorry we have no account access on the community to make sure the account does no go into hibernation. You would need to get in touch from any other phone and one of our pay as you go guides will get this sorted for you.
