Topped Up, but no credit available

Hi everyone,

I topped up my account and received an email that it was successful, however there is no credit showing on the account and I am unable to purchase a plan or make calls or do anything.

Any advice?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
