Resolved! No discount even though it says I do.

I am subscribed to the £10 pay as you go subscription pack, I have reoccurring payments come out each month to cover this. It says that I have a 10% discount because of this yet I have never had any discounts and I’ve been subscribed for over a year....

I've just bought a new sim from EE and topped up £15. On the cover of the SIM card it states 'Was 25GB now 75GB every month for 6 months' but when I check the balance it is only 25GB can anyone advise. Thanks.
