I have had the same problem. The EE rules are incomprehensible. I'm in Australia, with ever increasing credit (only usable in the UK) and unable to even find where to purchase the 'roaming data add-on'. I'm stuck with EE for the moment due to banking...

Bad sim card

I purchased a we SIM card at Heathrow airport on April 6th and put it in my phone and was trying to use it for a couple days and it would not work. So I text  to the number provided and it said my SIM card  had used up all its data late December 2023...

Cant phine 150

Hi I think my phone is in hibernation mode I have topped up tried to ring or message but no luck can't  ring 150 to speak to anyone to get it out of hibernation as all I keep getting is I don't have enough credit is there anyone who can help please

Resolved! 4G connection speed. Is it capped?

I used to get 70-120 Mbps at my house with EE I now get exactly 30 Mbps.  I used to be on an EE contract and swapped to PAYG subscriptions.  Are the PAYG subscriptions capped?

PAYG not accepting any calls?

Have a PAYG SIM. Top up only. Just added credit as thought might be that but basically when called from a three SIM it says 'this number is currently not accepting calls' and from three it says 'calls to this number cannot currently be connected........
