Hi, I am a long-time EE pay-as-you-go mobile phone customer. Recently, I have been out of the UK. Will return to London in January 2025. Since I do not have credit to call EE UK customer care, would it be possible to keep my EE mobile number active?
Thank you

@SudipCB : When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Could you call them over wi-fi, via Whats App or similar?

WA requires the recipient to be a contact. The Skype no listed would be better ⬆️
