Good evening to you
I'm trying to change the payment bank card with a new one in the account here and I can't as it doesn't validate the new one and the old card remains, which I canceled
What should I do?

@Vassilis : Contracts don't have bank cards registered to them; only DDs. So this must be PAYG.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by direct card payment with your new card.

I've just read the reply to the original query.  How does it help to cancel the card and then buy a new pack? This is just a way of screwing me out of the deal I'm on now.  I was asked by EE to change the card but, as Vassilis said, you can't do that!  So I basically have to fanny about getting a new PAYG contract for no reason other than EE have a crap webpage.

@PaulRTucker : You are not forced to buy your next pack using your new card until you want to. The choice is yours, not EE's! The pack deal will be unchanged.
