I paid my bill by card payment so why are youse trying to take another payment from my bank

Hi @Daveya,

Welcome to the Community!

If you have an active Direct Debit on your account then this payment will be requested from your bank a few days before  it reaches your account. If you make a payment after this request has been put through then we will not be able to cancel it, and so we will still request the Direct Debit. 

If both payments are taken you can reach out to our team to request a refund, or we will be able to use this towards the cost of your bill next month.
