@7881779124 : You don't have bills with PAYG.

Look in your online MyEE under View Full Usage > Your usage.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I send AL or BILL to 150, and the reply message just tell me about current balance and my chosen pack. I cant find the full billing, and follow the guide on EE website, I also cant find where I can download or view my monthly bill. There even no "BILLING" or " DOWNLOAD" botton on the HELP!!!!! I just want to known why it have extra payment with the monthly bill and I want to see the detail!

As I said there is no monthly bill with PAYG, only Your usage is listed for the last 30 days.

As AL tells you your current credit & your pack you do have an active pack. May I see the full response from AL?

I know the active pack I have. But my question is, why did they deduct 1.5 pounds from my account balance? What is the extra bill? I just ordered a 15-pound pack, why does it have other costs? I didn't use more traffic, airtime or number of texts than what was included in the package.

Have you looked in Your Usage? That should tell you what you spent it on.
