Hi there,
I had set up recurring payment for my subscription pack every 30 days starting from 27 Oct as of today but my subscription hasn’t been renewed automatically?
I also cannot see anywhere on the site or app my saved card details if I want to remove or cancel my plan?

@Reema4651 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Have you looked in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Manage Cards?

Thanks for the reply. After few hours, my plan did get renewed automatically, it’s just that for few hours without any minutes or data it can be annoying. Plus I was about to top up credit manually with card but thankfully I didn’t otherwise I believe I would have spent double the price for no use.
