Free boost appears as pending

Hello, my free boost data is  ~3GB accumulated over the last few years. Wondering why it now appears as pending and can not be used as before. My subscription pack data finished but I cannot use the data from free boost anymore. KR

Cancel rolling PSYG sim

Got a PSYG sim and preloaded £20 for 50gb data using debit card.  However EE wants to charge me £20 a month.  How do I cancel this and how to I manage everything in one place.  Extremely frustrating..
