Are you looking to pause your automatic top up or Pack? @paulaFrankie

You can change or cancel recurring top-ups in the EE app, your online account or: Call 150. You can also text STOP REC to 150.
Have a look at Top up your pay as you go mobile | EE for more information.

You'll also need to stop your automatic pack purchase if you have it set up. Just text STOP PACK to 150
For help with this, or want to restart the service, have a look at Text services for pay as you go mobile

If you don't have automatic top-up/packs in place and you're just looking to pause your SIM card usage- you can simply stop using it.
Any current pack allowance will run out at end of the period as usual. Any credit on the account will remain in place too.
Just be aware you need to make chargeable usage every 175 days to avoid your PayG SIM being cancelled.
You can find out more about Pay as you go hibernation here

Hope this helps!

@paulaFrankie : Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop your pack renewing & stop any Direct Card Payment.

@Ali_A : STOP REC is obsolete.
