Please assist me cancel my order madebin error with and initiate refund. I intended to top-up new line  which i have now completed.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery of your PAYG SIM to cancel your order FoC. Beyond that PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable.

If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
