Removing mobile after contract end

Could you please let us know exactly what you're trying to do here? 

Once your contract ends you can request cancellation at any point, but we won't stop your service until you ask us to 😊

There is no contract on PAYG. Is it that you want to move your no. from contract to PAYG? If so, just call CS to give 30 days notice to cancel your contract & move it to PAYG.
