New phone

Hi I have ordered an iPhone from BT and they are using EE . This was ordered yesterday with BT and I still do not have order number and it is suppose to be delivered today. Please can you help 

Wrong device

Important Update Email

I have received a text letting me know EE has sent me a email regarding a important update regarding my upgrade and to see it as soon as possible.I have been checking it for a while now but I have not received anything from them???

Didn’t get my reference number or confirmation email

Hello,i ordered a phone today as i was due an upgrade done this over the phone the lady sent me a link to a live chat and sent me a deal I “approved it” and everything, told her my email and stuff. And haven’t yet receive any confirmation or anything...

Upgrade - confirmation?

I upgraded phone this morning by phone? Should I have received confirmation as nothing came through yet?

Upfront for uprgrade

Hello,Hope someone could help me. So I pre ordered a iphone 14 pro max. But I am due for upgrade anyway. So I have paid an upfront. Isn’t it if you do an upgrade you don’t pay any upfront?
