Order update

I upgraded my phone on 4 Dec and haven’t had an update on my order since the initial email arrived. Can someone please advise how much longer I’ll have to wait? Upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro 128gb Gold. Thanks.

Can't make a purchase on EE store

I'm trying to make a purchase but each time I click 'login in' it redirects me to the 'link' step of registration which i've already completed by joining the community. I don't have an EE phone, why am I being prevented from buying?
