HI, I have upgraded online my phone and have not recieved any tracking details. Was hoping this would be delivered ASAP as currently have a phone which does not work? Can someone please update on how long and if the order has gone through?

I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone (it doesn't have to be yours) or you can use the live chat feature by clicking the 'Start Conversation' button.
DPD will text and email you by 11am on the day of delivery, so if you haven't received anything yet, the phone is not being delivered today.
Have you checked your junk folder?
