Good afternoon,  I have just ordered my upgrade but I have not received any confirmation from ee and I can't find anything on my account.  Would this still go through please

Hi @Carolynm50,

Have you received a text from EE? It may also be worth checking your junk folder in case the email has landed there.

Failing that, I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 250 from any phone.
