Can’t track my order, no tracking number

I placed an order yesterday around 12.30 I rang as they needed to discuss the order. The advisor said I’d receive the phone today. I’ve had no delivery updates, no tracking number, nothing other than confirmed direct debit set up.

Hi @Terrycarter1405,

Have you received a text from DPD today? Normally if the phone was going to be delivered you would receive a text by 11am with your delivery slot.

Which phone did you order? Please include the colour and memory size too - the EE team on here can also check the stock levels for you.

If not, I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any phone and they should be able to chase up the order and tracking.
