Hi, anyone help please, placed an order on the 7th for the 14 pro, they took my money up front and heard nothing, called up and was told the order never went through, so placed the order again....once again money taken but still no email for the phon...

Upgrade

I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks for my new I phone 14 pro max upgrade ! when is it coming? just had a text telling me my plan is changing and my old I phone no longer has the extended warranty, but no date for when me new one will come! can you help??

Employee discount

Tried upgrading my simo to a handset but the employee 30% off code won’t work. Any help? Also doesn’t even give a discount without the code which it should as an additional line.
