I ordered a handset and plan upgrade on 8/6/23. On the same day, I ordered an Iceland Pro Case for the upgrade model (iPhone 13 mini). The phone arrived the next day, but the case still hasn't turned up (19/6/23). The order number returns no information via the order tracker. Is there an issue with delivery of accessories at the moment?
