Where’s my new sim

Hi I ordered a new sim only contract for my daughter, set up the direct debit got the sim to be delivered to my daughter, no sim received it’s been  over a week.  How can I chase this it will not give me info when I track the order.  When I try to call it asks for mobile number (who knows I don’t have a sim) won’t let me go further though.  Help I need to speak to someone about this

Is the delivery address different to the billing address on the account?

Are you calling 0800 956 6000?

Yes it’s to be delivered to my daughters address

Also just tried that number but they want the mobile number again you just get stuck in the system very frustrating

No they won’t help it’s Wi-Fi support tried the other number and got enter your mobile is there not anyone to talk to this is very poor customer service
