Switching delivery to collect

Hi can someone from EE help urgently.

I upgraded my phone last night due to my current phone being on its way out, I chose delivery but now my phone has gotten worse and I’m in desperate need of the new one.

can I get the delivery switched to collect in store today urgently?

basisalky the charge port of my current is f’d and it won’t charge and I’ve only got 20% left

Sorry we have no account access on the community to amend orders, please call us on 150 and the team will check the order and see if this can be changed for you. The team would need to cancel the order for you to go to a store today and will let you know if this is possible.
