I upgraded yesterday my contract and my student discount went through okay on my confirmation email, but I received a text today from EE saying my student status has expired, how do I sort this out?

Welcome to the community. 

This could be an auto generated message with your old contract ending. 

Please log in to your My EE and see if your discount is showing under your new plan.

I have just upgraded and included the SB code which was accepted to apply Student discount. This has not been applied to the new plan

Does the discount show in your My EE if you view your add-ons?

Hi Leanne, Student discount does show in Add-ons now but only after contacting EE customer support team who were very helpful.
