I am having the same problem but why does it say it’s on its way back to EE?
I ordered over the phone and the sales person confirmed that the delivery WOULD be made to my choice of EE store as per my online order that was “cancelled” by EE. They told me it would go to my local store which they used the address from my web order and that I needed ID to go and collect it. Should I try my local store tomorrow just in case it has gone there or will it go back to an EE depot ready for a reattempted delivery?
I only ordered on 4th to get the free Samsung tablet with my device, as the delivery was Friday will they reattempt on Monday? I’m at work all week and extremely concerned it says it’s going back to EE but also to remember the next driver will need my pin??
If this order is cancelled I will be cancelling my partners order too as my web order was £89pcm the sales person on the phone after EE cancelled the web order and my email for direct debit now says £113 AND I had to order the device by 4th December to qualify for the free Samsung tablet. I don’t understand why it was ever going to my home address as I told the salesperson in the phone I was moving house so it is empty at present and it HAD to go to my local EE Shop!!

Hi Peter
I ordered online, it was cancelled by EE. I spoke to a phone salesperson who sorted it and said it would be delivered to store. The price went up on phone from £89 to £113pcm and I have to keep that order as I was getting the promotional Black Friday Samsung with a tablet.
i cannot and will not place a new order because this is ridiculous. Did the person on the phone make a mistake? My original web order shows delivery to store address the second order with account number has no delivery address on just a message about DPD and a pin. Because it was going to store I assumed I don’t need a pin but checked with the store who agreed.
As it was a Friday when DPD attempted delivery, will they reattempt delivery again?
It says the order is going back to EE but also that I need my pin for the next DPD delivery. It’s confusing. If the order goes back to EE will DPD reattempt delivery?

Hi @Sophia91,
Welcome to the EE Community
I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your order delivery at the moment. We don't have access to your order/account via this forum to check and make sure, but if it is saying that it is being returned to us that would usually mean that no further attempts for delivery will be made unfortunately and once it is received back to our warehouse the order would be cancelled.
I can definitely understand the frustration if you were trying to take advantage of a limited offer that was on, I would recommend giving us a call on 150 to check and make sure the order is being returned to us. You can also request to make a complaint if you had made it clear the delivery address you wanted and there was an error, so that this can be investigated further.
