Hi, I recently upgraded and renewed EE sim only specifically to get TNT Sports via Discovery+. During the upgrade the advisor said I would receive a link to my Iphone via text, which I should open in anything other than Safari to activate the plan. Repeated attempts at the process failed, then EE technical told me there was an issue but they were working on it. After 10 days there's still no resolution, and I can now see the issue has being going on some time. I contacted EE again, but still no proposed date for a solution. Has ANYONE managed to activate it in recent weeks/months! For such a long running problem the EE advisor would surely have known when he 'sold' me the plan upgrade...? Also nothing official has been posted by EE themselves, very naughty.

I'm sorry you're unable to activate TNT Sports following the link that has been text to you.
You have done the right thing reporting this to us, so this can be fully investigated. Once the team have an update they will let you know.

@the_doctor10 I am sorry to hear you are still having an issue. We have no access to accounts via these forums so I am unable to say if the issue may still be affecting your account unfortunately.
If discovery+ still does show selected as an extra in your online account but you are still unable to activate via the link ee.co.uk/tntsports I would recommend getting back in touch with our technical team who will be able to take a look for any updates to the issue.
