Hi I ordered my new iPhone 17 on the 20th and was told it would be 24hr delivery.
i received order confirmation from EE and my delivery tracking number from dpd yet still haven’t received it 12 days later.
when I track it through dpd it says it’s at the local depot and will be delivered Sunday 1at February (or whatever the current days date is), but it never shows up then the next day it says it be delivered today again and on and on
it also notes unexpected delays in my area but after 12 days surely these are expected and a big company like that would have a solution?
I cannot keep staying in all day everyday just incase I miss them.
Is there anyway to try and collect this parcel elsewhere like an EE store instead as the option on dpd site is to change the delivery date.
